Eine Nacht mit Lady Macbeth

On his birthday, Fabian learns that his friends have had to cancel their visit at short notice. To make up for leaving him alone on the day, they send him an unusual present: a woman who is paid to spend the night with him.

A young man in a wheelchair and a sex worker – two people who, for different reasons, live on the margins of society. Will it be funny and passionate, or bitter and sad? And is the need for freedom, love, closeness and understanding that we all share the only thing that defines us at the end of the day?

The play makes people with disabilities visible on stage and addresses subjects that are often taboo, such as loneliness and sexuality – with a generous measure of lightness and humour.
